Russell is said to have already signed on the dotted line not only to write but also to pen the screenplay for Nathan’s Hollywood adventure" I'm guessing that should be "not only direct, but also pen the screenplay." Anyway, I'm kind of ok with this. Hopefully Naughty Dog helped choose and they were happy with Russell coming onboard. My only worry now is cast. They definitely should get Emily Rose back to play Elena, but my thoughts are that Nolan North is too old to play Drake. So I'm fine with Nathan Fillion or Bradley Cooper. Nathan Fillion even tweeted this the other day: "If ever there was a Twitter campaign, let this be it. Rise, ye Browncoats. Rise, ye Castillions. RISE! http://j.mp/aEGe79 " So it seems he'd love to get it. Thoughts on cast? Just so you know:
