T3 reported earlier today of Vidzone hitting a milestone half a billion music video views since it’s launch in June of last last year. It now seems that 3.7 million people turn on their ps3 just to use the free, ad-supported app to stream music videos.

It is an ad-supported application for the PS3, available in Europe as well as Australia & New Zealand. It streams music videos available from Sony Music, the Universal Music Group and as of August EMI as well as a variety of independent music labels.
