WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES: One (1) Entrant will be randomly selected on or about January 14th, 2010 to win (individually “Winner”, collectively “Winners”) one prize. Each prize package will include two (2) Little Big Planet statues. The approximate retail value of each prize package is $1200.00. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if prize is unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Winners shall be notified by email and/or telephone. Winners will be required to execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining Entries. Affidavit must be signed and returned to Sponsor within the time period stated on the affidavit cover letter or prize may be forfeited.
