Posted by Ace in Media, PS3, Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception on December 28th, 2010

Here’s some new gameplay Sony released yesterday of the astonishing Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. It looks very promising for a game that isn’t out for another eleven months. Check out Drake’s new melee attacks, and I spotted a sawed-off shotgun as well. Watch as they try to figure out how to escape the burning building.

Guerrilla Games New IP a AAA FPS With Fantasy Elements?
According to nextgn.com, Guerilla Games have given hints as to what their next game will be about via their job listings. What we do know is that it is aiming for a AAA first-person shooter but with a twist. Perhaps we are reading to deeply into the job descriptions, but they all seem to be following a common theme.
Phrases such as:
“Looking for a Dumbledore amongst FX Artists”
“sage-like leaders”
“FX wizards”
“Like a modern day Daedalus”
“monsters and ensnare the heroes”
“heroic concept artists spoken of in legend”
“little like a god”
Could it be that Guerrilla Games is making a fantasy FPS perhaps with RPG elements?

New New Cole is Old, Old New Cole is New
Posted by Eddie in InFamous 2 on December 27th, 2010
For those of you who have not been following thew news on Infamous 2 (and shame on you), there has been much debate over the new style of Cole. Fans have spoken out against new Cole’s douchebagginess and have said they not only want the old Cole back, but they want the original voice actor back. SuckerPunch has bowed to the fans whim months ago, announcing that they will in fact bring back the old Cole.
Now old Cole is back as we see for the first time on the cover of PlayStation: The Official Magazine, which is showing off a 10 page spread of images and information on Infamous 2! Click the image for a larger version, and for comparison’s sake, here is the former version on the GameInformer cover.
