Due to popular demand the Live Chat has returned to the sidebar. There is still a pop out option. Just click the ^ link. If you want to close the Live Chat you can click the x link.

Looks like most of you really enjoyed the Live Chat in the sidebar. But I never heard from you about it when I posted this in the forum. For those of us that prefer the pop-out only version I have an option for you as well.
Go and edit your account: My Account > Profile > Edit Profile
Click the “Site Preferences” link and you will have 2 options:
- Sidebar – Selecting “Sidebar” will display the Live Chat in the sidebar and you still have the option to pop-out the Live Chat.
- Pop-out – Selecting “Pop-out” will only show a image. Which you can click to pop-out the Live Chat.
You can change between them at any time you wish.

One positive of having it as a pop-out only live chat for a while. I got a great mobile Live Chat working and figured out the Global Activity Bar that is at the bottom of the site and the top of the live chat in the pop-out.
