ConnectedConsoles.com has identified an Art Director job posting from Avalanche studios that states “XBLA/PSN project based on an Avalanche Studios original IP.” One could only assume that this will be a version of Just Cause that will be downloaded to your PS3 in the future.
The only other possibility would be “The Hunter” which released on PC in 2009, but I assume that Just Cause is probably dead on.

just cause? isn’t that game ancient? i’d rather see just cause 2 as a downloadable if anything.

Just Cause 2 was a great game.. soo big, I doubt they’d do a DL only.. Hopefully this is for Just Cause 3 multiplayer portion of the game!

it says “based on an original IP” so that means it’s a new game but based on a current game we already know about it. Eddie your probably right. Some sort of Just Cause spin off, possibly a multiplayer only game or possibly an episode to tie us over onto Just Cause 3.
