New from the SCEE experience in London Sucker Punch shared details on the duality/morality system in their upcoming PS3 exclusive InFAMOUS 2.
Choices return in InFAMOUS 2 as Cole will have to choose between aiding Kuo, a NSA agent working to help Cole defeat the Beast or Nix, a New Marais native that grew up in the swamps around New Marias, whose hatred for Bertrand stems from witnessing him kill her family. Lucky attendees at the event in London will get to try out the Good or Evil version of the “Save Kuo” mission. The rest of us will have to wait until the game releases later this year.

Going to be bad so I don’t have to worry about Morals
Evil was more enjoyable in the first title

evil did have better powers, imo. frankly, i just had a good time doing both. glad they brought it back. now just tell us we can import our saves from the first game…

Never finished the first one, played as a hero but the gameplay eventually got boring to me before I got to the end.
Maybe some of the new features make the game more interesting!

played through as good, then started an evil playthrough. didn’t make it through. it was like when I played knights of the old republic: I just hate looking at my sallow, dessicated evil avatar. gimme good cole anyday.
anyway, thanks for more infamous 2 info. always a welcome topic in my book!

funny thing, I usually play as a good guy too, but in both KOTR games I played the dark path…

Very very cool way of using the morality system. I completed the first game with both sides (making it my first Platinum trophy as a result), have they said which ending is canon yet? And I wonder if this leads to 4 possible story outcomes? Meaning:
Hero aligned with Kuo
Hero aligned with Nix
Villain aligned with Kuo
Villain aligned with Nix
Or whether choosing to side with Kuo or Nix constitutes the split between stories this time?
