First. Ho, ho, my first ever first comment; Aren’t I great.

    Uncharted 3… *drool* obviously.
Hopefully Resistance 3 is like the original, where it was actually fun and had splitscreen co-op.

So unhappy about the player count being lowered for this game. It really killed it for me.

  3. Player count for what?

  4. lol, pretty cool

@Eddie: I think he means the multiplayer

  5. Can’t wait ’till all those are leaked all over the web (:

  6. thats some pic

  7. Trailer looks pretty cool! Another one to add to the list of games I gotta get lol

  8. wow Resistance 3 looks pretty good actually.

  9. Few fps catch my interest like Resistance for some reason. I still need to get the 2nd game.

  10. ive got the first one tried to play it a couple of times but never caught my attention. All 4 one is looking like fun

Resistance 3 does in fact look good. Glad all the R2 cartoony stuff is gone. And its back at its roots. But I wish and I know they have time, but I want to see it more pollished. The Weapon wheel is okay. The health and the ammo bar are eh. The guns look too big. But that might be something that I might just have to get used to. The mechanics look great. Like the body damage, and movements. That has always been solid for insomniac. Now need some cutscenes to be shown and alilbit of multiplayer news.

As for R&C it looks great lol

  12. yeah resistance is most choice. appeals to me more than killzone 3, really. can’t tell if that’s regenerative health? hope so. they killed it with the dust blowing around, looks amazing.

No they confirmed no regen of the health this time.

  14. i’ll keep my eye out for glowing yellow-green tubes, then…i guess.

  15. Yea developer James Stevenson confirmed it over on NeoGaf a little while ago.

  16. I was super interested in R3 when they showed those vagabond trailers with the people in the trains… but this footage looks really lame and cartoony. Robotic Mech Ape at the end? Ugh… this looks like a kids game, I thought it was going to be super refined and realistic looking.

Resistance was never realistic looking. But its not too Cartony. Look at RFOM. And this they look similar. And also I mean you really can’t judge a game fully till you play through the entire thing, or atleast halfway. The game has till September to hit shelves. And maybe Insomniac has up to atleast Mid Agusut to ge tthe game just right so I mean give it time. Let us enjoy and savor KZ3 first. No rush for R3.

  18. I don’t think it looks cartoony whatsoever…in fact it looks pretty visceral to me.

  19. Well… the human animations are a bit stiff tho… or is that just me?

Looks insane! I like the fact they’ve got the weapon wheel and the pickup based health system again.
