Another big week. We had a few reviews to read, if you want to check out those. We also got a couple new Blog team members, and there are a bunch of videos to check out. FooBear went to the Dragon Age II event last week, and brought back some goodies he’s giving away on the blog (including some really cool coasters).
It also seems that the NGP is still making quite the appearance in the news, reeling in from it’s unveiling a couple weeks ago. We also got a sneak peak at things to come for PlayStation Plus subscribers, as well as information on upcoming games.
The Killzone 3 multiplayer open beta also released later in the week, and with it, we had a couple game day/nights. Some people claim it can’t be a beta, given how the game is already golden, but I think my assumption was correct in that they were testing potential launch day server load problems, and are ironing them out before the game’s release.

First of all, congratulations to Oly and Luke for becoming part of the PS3Blog.net team!
Also, Tosh has added another feature to the site, but we’re only trying it out for now (since it’s free). If you want to rate and review movies and games, we have this whole review thing set up here. Your reviews can be as long or as short as you want, and it might even give you ideas for movies and games you might want to check out!
And co-writers, be sure to check out the Posting Tips page under the Post News menu category across the top! If you have any questions or something for future tips leave a comment!
The winner for the Bulletstorm Creeper nutcracker has been chosen.
Thanks to FooBear, we also have another giveaway going on for a couple sets of Dragon Age II coasters and few Dragon Age: Legends beta codes. You can enter that giveaway here. You have until Monday, so get your entries in quick!

We had a couple game nights (well, one was in the morning) for the Killzone 3 open beta. Other than that, nothing was planned, but to help curb the confusion on time zones, these posts should now include a countdown so you know exactly how long you have until the event takes place ;).
Although you might be a little late at this point, we had the chance to place bets on tonight’s Super Bowl.

Even though this is a small number of our total visitors, if the trend were to continue, it shows that the majority of people are, in fact, planning on getting the PSP2 at some point.
This is a simple one,a dn suggested by Ace (who will get 200 points for it). Are you, or are you not, going to purchase Killzone 3? With the release of the multiplayer beta last week and the single player demo this week, are you already planning on getting it, or are you waiting to see what others have to say (outside of the corporate reviews)? Or are you just not interested in Killzone at all?
