Sony has announced that Walmart will be holding a midnight release for Killzone 3 along with some tournaments and prizes on February 21, 2011. Sony is offering the chance to play the game early at pre-launch events at participating Walmart’s. The first 20 customers will receive the following:
Limited Edition Killzone 3 Poster
Voucher for the Retro Map Pack featuring two classic maps redesigned for Killzone 3
The tournament prizes are as follows:
• A copy of Killzone 3
• Limited Edition Cloaking Helghast Marksman Action Figure
• Collectible Killzone 3 bags

It’s kind of sad that Walmart is getting that deal and not a gaming store…but that’s how powerful Walmart has become I guess, lol.
