Splinter Cell Trilogy Box Art Revealed

Back in December, we told you about the upcoming Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Trilogy coming to the PlayStation 3 (Along with the Tomb Raider collection, no less.) Now, we can officially show you what the box art is going to look like. Pretty cool, huh?

Like the God of War collection, this gathering of the first 3 Splinter Cell games (Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory) will have trophies (and one platinum per-game), will be remastered in HD, and feature Stereoscopic 3D; all compacted together in a nice little Blu-Ray disc with a sexy cover art!

The Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Trilogy won’t be the only collection coming out this year; we still have the ICO collection (Shadow of the Colossus and ICO) and the aforementioned Tomb Raider collection yet to be released!

The Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Trilogy is slated for release March 22nd and will run you $39.99.

TO be honest, I never played any of these, well main reason was that I was young, and the only Rated M or T games I got were from my cousin, like Cevil May Cry, and Twisted Metal and GTA. Other than that didnt get M games till later, but I have wanted to try these so badly. And WHY DID 360 get Conviction as a exclusive?

I never played Pandora Tomorrow, but as a kid I remember playing the hell out of SC, and later playing SC: Chaos Theory and the trainwreck known as Splinter Cell: Double Agent. (Please, get it AWAY!)

I’m getting this day one — SC was amazing.

Well, there has been worse PS3 compilation cover art.

I don’t like how Ubisoft added “HD” after the logo of each of the covers at the bottom of the big cover. I find that stupid. They should’ve just kept the images the way they were.

@MAINEiac4434 I think they are pushing the fact it’s remastered, or people might skip em since they think they are the old games.

Luke: This coming to the PS3 only?

According to an ESRB information leak, it will be coming to the 360 as well, but with no date. This isn’t confirmed, but I don’t think they make those kinds of mistakes.

Skipping this. Could never get into the Splinter Cell games and there aren’t enough trophies in the world to get me to make me playe these…

I bought the first SC for XBox after hearing how good it was and just couldn’t get into it. I’d be willing to give it another go but might just rent this and see.
