Beastxjason: MLB allows you to use any control you feel like. Analogue is simply there as an option. I feel it is very hard and will make the game feel more like a simulator.  

I knew that, ever since MLB had their new baserunning scheme was initiated a few years ago. Sorry about the double comment. I was on a laggy browser, and I thought the first one didn’t go through.

One of the reasons why I hated 2K is because of the pitching and hitting systems. I despised those. I play sports games to be the GM, to make the trades, to sign the free agents. I actually don’t really play sports games to actually play as the players (except for NHL. I’m utterly addicted to the gameplay). When I do actually play the sport, I always choose the simplest way to play the sport.

If anything, this just makes me want to void off buying it until I win the Stanley Cup with my NHL megateam and wait until LA Noire comes out. By then, the price should’ve gone down to about $20. Then it’ll be worth it. At least for me.
