Here is a live-action video to help promote Killzone 3 (well, more the franchise itself), which takes place before the war had broken out in the first place. It features two friends, one from each planet, and the obvious negative effects the atmosphere of Helgha has on its people through multiple phone calls. It’s definitely an interesting way of showing the progression of hatred toward the ISA before the war would, eventually, take place.

even the promotional videos make me sympathize with the helghast, i don’t know if this on purpose or if GG doesn’t know how to make antagonists

From where I stand (not having played any of the 3 games), this is the most boring piece of advertisement I’ve ever seen (:
But I can see the polish in making even background details such as this.

I think GG’s goal is to have us see the conflict from both sides. I wouldn’t doubt we would see a game whose story takes place on the Helghast side of the war. Would be interesting at least.
I think this is aimed more towards fans of the series anyway, so we’ll be more into it than others

Wouldn’t mind seeing a few more of these, perhaps released over the PSN every other week.
