With it’s June 7th release closing in, it’s no coincidence that a lot of new information about InFamous 2 is coming out. This new gameplay footage helps to showcase some of Cole’s awesome new moves (bad and good), and it also give us a hint on some story elements for upcoming title.
I think Cole is looking even cooler with his new powers and the game really looks to take a step forward in the franchise. Graphics look a lot better, melee fighting has greatly improved, and user generated content has tons of potential. What else could we ask of an exclusive PS3 title?

Whats that weird thing on Coles Back?
I like his new powers, but i think he was cooler with just the power of electricity. He was like Static Shock. Im deff Planning on getting this game tho

It’s a new weapon on his back. I’m digging the trailer, loving the new powers. It looks like they’re making the ‘good’ powers just as destructive as the evil ones were in the first.

Wow really like this trailer. They could really make this game into a franchise, even branch off a separate game with different characters. BTW i knew he would have ice powers ever since the trailer where the “2″ freezes

Trailer is really well done, along with the game of course. Not sure I will be getting it but I like everything they did with this game.

@Adam : that’s Cole’s new weapon, you’ll be using that for melee combat. It’s like a lighting rod which charges with electricity.
@Ferginator88 / kennyg : that’s what it seems, but why would his priorly electric powers generate ice? I guess that might be related to that search for power they talk about on the video.
@Eddie : what do you mean? What happened?

The graphics of this game compared to the first one did improove alot and I like the idea of ice powers as good and fire as evil.
