My experience of the demo seems to jibe with your report on the official release. Graphics are way sub-par (part of the problem is that R&C titles look so damn good that it's rather a shock to see our fuzzy friend as a low poly-count model with a muddy skin texture), and the mini-games just aren't that much fun. Bowling is odd and frustrating, the whip thing is a vaguely amusing one-trick pony, and the battles are the Move equivalent of a button masher (stick hurler?) stripped of any substantial platforming elements. Disappointing. You list the playable characters in the game, which is great. Perhaps you might also list the mini games available and give a brief description of each? Nice review.
