The new Box art has been shown to the masses, and I must admit, its simple and rather cool. The team collaborated with British artist Olly Moss to bring this unique look to life.

I reeeeeaaaally liked that cover art. I really dig Olly’s style when it comes to covers and posters.
I think Insomniac and Sony did a great thing relying on such a great artist with a very unique style do the cover for a major title. His artwork, great as it is, could be greatly mistaken for a simple cover (which it isn’t if you pay attention to the details) or even overlooked by the greater audience.
Love it. Totally support it.

Ehh, not a fan. But, it’s better and more original than the Resistance 2 box art. Resistance 1 box art was the best, though.
I just can’t wait for this game.

I think it’s too plain. The only thing I think it has going for it is the skyline being used as the gaps in the teeth.
Maybe it’s because it’s too red.

I do like how it stands out, however. Considering most FPS games (and video games in general) all have rather dark box art, perhaps going more bright will help it stand out — literally and figuratively.

I think they could have chosen a darker orange, other than that no complaints.

I do think a darker tone (of orange) would’ve fit. But I’m so in love with simple concepts that I can’t really say it’s bad.
That’s probably my personal/professional opinion on illustrations in general.
