Oblivion dropped the ball on character design, though it wasn't horrible it looked a bit cartoony. The characters in Morrowind were better imo, especially the Dark Elves & the Orcs. They messed up the eyes, voice & the size of the Dark Elves. And the orcs I just couldn't take seriously. The people look alot better.
