Silent Hill HD Collection Launches Exclusively on the PS3 this September or October


According to Eurogamer, the Silent Hill HD Collection is set to launch in September or October of this year exclusively for the PS3. The resolution have been upgraded to 720p with updated voiceover’s and sountracks as well as trophy support.

    I think its set for Dec. 1st, but they already have Silent Hill: Downpour set for Oct. 25th 2011. Don’t know, but personally I would release the remake first to get people hyped for the new release. Questionable marketing methods!

    I actually thought the game was multiplatform like ZOE and MGS collections are. I guess because this one is not a Kojima production then its not? Not sure.

    I agree with Cheeto, if those are the correct dates it would make more sense… Any word on pricing yet?

    Saw this long time ago and held off on playing through a few of the other older ones. Cant wait for it. Think this was in game inofrmer 3-5 issues back.

    Still have my PS2 copy of Silent Hill along with the free soundtrack CD included with the first printing of the game. Do we have a price point for the HD collection?
