New Monster Hunter 3 HD Screens Released

Sony Japan has released some new screens of the upcoming Monster Hunter 3 HD for the PS3. It has also been confirmed that the game will be available digitally on Japanese PSN, which is a welcome addition for a game that sold over 4 million in Japan.

The game can be imported for $59 with shipping from HERE. All PS3 games are region free and can be played on any console.

The Blu-ray includes all Monster Hunter videos from previous titles done in HD and believe me when I say that is a lot of videos. Your save game is transferable from PSP to PS3 as well. The multi-player will use adhoc so I wanted to point out that adhoc uses a wired internet connection only and this may still be the case, again I am not sure. If you played the previous titles and are curious as to whats new in 3 here is a quick look at a video I made.

Here is the official Trailer

The game certainly looks a lot better, but I still can’t understand why they won’t make a US version.

This is a title I should at least try, but with everything in Japanese it’s really not what I’m looking for.

I have had to explain this to too many people but here it gos Pedro. they sell over 4 million units with each japan release. The last one to come states side sold a few hundred thousand.

If you want an american text based version (why when the items are all pictures) go with freedom unite for the psp or play any of the ps2 versions.

Thanks Jason, I had no idea.

I’m not saying I require english to play, but I’m a slow learner, so trying the game in japanese it’s just a lot more work ;p

@Jason, that’s really impressive, I really appreciate when fans make such an effort to make things like this.

With all those arguments I think I might even consider getting it, once I have enough money to travel during the holidays :D
