Santa Monica, for instance, has worked with ThatGameCompany (flOw, Flower), but it is my understanding that it was Jenova Chen&#039;s TGC team that made those games, and Sony Santa Monica execs just sort of growled at Chen occasionally about development time. But I guess that doesn&#039;t make Santa Monica a publisher, does it? I&#039;ll just shut up, as I don&#039;t actually know anything about the business of software production and publication.</description>
