Retro/Grade and PAX Contest


Matt Gilgenbach (Co-founder, 24 Caret Games) stopped by the Sony Blog to share some neat news about the upcoming PAX contest that will allow you to be forever immortalized in the games credits. The contest will be a high score contest; you can pre-register HERE and get a customized Pilot ID card as well.

Retro/Grade combines a rythm game with a side scrolling game and is shaping up to be something truly unique. Here is a look at what you can expect in this unique game, which can also be played with a guitar controller!

The developer has also added a ton of new features. The game is now running in 1080p @ 60 frames per sec. *Drool*. they have just released this latest gameplay video to showcase what they have been working on.

    Well that looks like it’d be fun to play High XD I knwo this is going to have a Huge SEIZURE WARNING at the start up come on. But yes I’m intrigued. So you have to Dodge stuff, WHILE piloting to Rythm? Sounds like a blast :

    With a guitar controller :P That has to be bonkers. Yeah playing this with a bad case of food poisoning sounds like fun :P
