ATLUS today released a new “Cooperative Adventure” trailer for Trine 2, the high fantasy, physics-based action-platformer with 3 player cooperative online multiplayer coming to the PSN this Fall.
“The new trailer features the 3-player cooperative action-platforming and puzzle-solving at the heart of the gorgeous fantasy adventure. The trailer also shows off the wealth of new environments, monsters, abilities, and challenges featured in the vastly improved sequel, in addition to reinforcing the fact that Trine 2′s cooperative multiplayer can now be played online in addition to locally.”
This looks like it is going to be a great addition to the game. I am definitely going to be checking it out.

So far they have just said Fall. No price announced.
Same here, however the online co-op might change my mind.

I haven’t played the first one, but that kind of statement scares me. I bore easily from tedious games, so maybe this isn’t for me.
The game looks good however.

I just finished playing the first Trine Demo, Visuals are fantastic, but there is so much going on in the background it gets distracting. Gameplay is solid, it does get a little repetitive and at some point I felt unchallenged. Overall its a decent game. As Oly said before, online Co-op might be the missing ingredient.

Bought Trine on sale and it is waiting for its turn for a trophy run.
