Seems like Sony is out to make us huge Resident Evil fans so we all buy the HD ports of RE4 and Veronica at 50% for only $9.99 each! What do you think about the huge list of content your PS+ subscription will get you? Anyone tempted to join the service just because of this? It will basically make you break even (especially if you buy both HD ports at 50%) and you WILL be getting free content from PS+ from the 2nd month and on).

PSX games are $6+ each so that’s $24 right there. Plants vs Zombies is $15 so now we’re at $39. Altered Beast and Astro Tripper should be $5-10 each so that could mean $49-59. We’re already over the $50 asking price and still have to consider the free minis, themes and avatars as well as all the discounts just for this month. The other 11 months would truly be filled with free content.

Upset at having bought the plants for $ 15, and would now get for free
Its a great game guys, Unfortunately I could not get on the wave 40 for 100% in this game.
Cool Altered Beast, i love this game.
I really hope that the PSN will continue with these classic games from Genisis as The revenge of Shinobi, Super Monaco GP2, Alex Kid, and other classics.
Happy to resident evil 1,2,3, I have to finish them again LOL

I have Plants vs Zombies and Astro Tripper already. Beat Bulletstorm and Altered Beast already and I really don’t care for PS1 games.
However I never played Resident Evil 4…but not sure i’m super interested in that.

@Pai do mercado: Yep, that trophy does take a lot of effort but once you get it and see that “100%” mark on your trophy list it will be worth it heheeh.
@ZFM12: Me neither. Don’t see why all the hate towards PS+. I got my $50 worth of content on day 1 and I had so much fun and liked the content for the first year that I renewed for a second one AND took advantage of the 3 free extra months again!

Honestly, I would have never signed up for PS+ if I hadn’t tried it first. That one free month of PS+ got me hooked though, and I renewed it after the first week or so. I suppose if you didn’t play PSN games that often it wouldn’t be worth it, but who doesn’t use the PSN!

I want to get it for the RE PSX’s but I fear I’ll never play them… I’ve watched some videos and they look pretty bad. I still want them though, and the RE 4 discount…
