Blu-ray Releases For The Week Of 9.7.11

I heard X-Men: First Class was ok but not great. I meant to go see it at least at the dollar movies but never got around to it. I still want to see it, but it will be a rent not a buy. Heard about Hanna recently thanks to Jason (I think) mentioning it in the live chat. Anything for you this week?

Highlights for this week: X-Men: First Class, Hanna, Scarface Limited Edition Steelbook, Fringe: The Complete Third Season, The Office: Season Seven, Scream Five-Film Set (Scream 1-3 + Two Documentaries), Dressed to Kill, Straw Dogs, Everything Must Go, Hellbound: Hellraiser II, The Caine Mutiny.

X-Men (sorry, X-Person): First Class was fun so that will at least get a rental down the road…unless the included extras make it a worthy purchase.

Now, Scarface LE? Let’s see a price for it and do some numbers!

I do not even watch the X-men, and was waiting out in the BD.
I hope it’s better than the last two movies.

That “Hanna” movie made me laugh for the trailer. Little kids don’t know shit about nothing, let alone being an assassin XD

Your sadly mistaken. Hanna is the sleeper hit movie of the year.

@Pai do mercado: Didn’t like Wolverine Origins?

I would agree.. I loved Hanna, was expecting total garbage and actually enjoyed it a great deal.

X-men was good for what it was.. little cheesy at parts, and way way off from the original comix, but is def worth a watch.

    Fringe Season 3 was great!!

I thought Wolverine: Origins was … ok. Could have been a LOT better. Hopefully the next Wolverine movie is decent.. but I don’t have high hopes for it.

X-men first class was way better then the other x-men movies by far, and I liked those pretty good, but I loved this movie and I thank its the best out all the others, but if you didnt like the others rent it first cause you will probably will not this one any better then the others.

@Oly you know yeah it is always off the movies are always off, Iam thanking now how they are, I look at it as a comic book movie and not a comic movie if that makes since to you, I dont thank they are making these movies like the comics you know its just a comic book movie made in its own way, like a what if story.

So far all of the X-Men movies have been a complete waste of time. Thor, Blade 2, Iron Man 1&2 and the Spider-Man trilogy are the only Marvel movies worth watching.

Really looking forward to seeing the Avengers.

Definitely picking up Fringe. Maybe cruise through the season again before 4 starts.

I have wanted to see Hanna, it got pretty good reviews so I might check it out.

REALLY Jason? I might have to check it out then. I just never liked the thought of super-kids. Kids are always stupid, and they don’t know how to do shit. They just cry and stuff. But I guess if it’s good, it’s good

I had never heard of that movie… lol
I’ll give it a god since you’re the one suggesting it bud.

X-Men: First Class is really good, I was actually impressed.
