Have A Look At Two New PlayStation Vita Games | PS3Blog.net

Here’s a look at two new PlayStation Vita games revealed this week in Famitsu. First up is Ragnarok Odyssey from Gamearts. This action game will feature 4 player multiplayer, fast paced battles and more. You’ll be able to play as 6 confirmed classes which include Sword Warrior, Assassin, Hunter, Mage, Hammer Smith and a Cleric. Because you’re battling huge enemies in a group Ragnarok Odyssey is already being compared to Capcom’s popular Monster Hunter games.

Ragnarok Odyssey is expected to be playable next week during the Tokyo Game Show

The second Vita game comes to us by Aquire, the developers currently working on Shinobido 2 for the Vita as well. Sumioni borrows some gameplay elements from Okami. Look for it to release in 2012.

  • if this is what to expect Ill pass. I was hoping the vita wouldn’t be all mini type games but every time I see a new trailer that’s what it looks like. The Uncharted game had me hoping for triple A titles 🙁

  • Sumioni looks interesting. I’m currently playing Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls from Acquire (completely different genre, same quirky Acquire!) so I’ll keep and eye on this one.

Bah good thing they didn’t market the Vita with these 2 games because it would go under really fast. These 2 games make me not want to give think about the Vita.

  • Jason: if this is what to expect Ill pass. I was hoping the vita wouldn’t be all mini type games but every time I see a new trailer that’s what it looks like. The Uncharted game had me hoping for triple A titles :(

    What he said.

I’m actually very disappointed by this.
