Bethesda just released over 20 minutes of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim gameplay footage! In these videos, Game Director Todd Howard guides viewers through the Skyrim demo Tosh, Eddie, and I saw, behind closed doors at E3.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is slated for release worldwide on November 11, 2011. It can’t come soon enough!

The Elder Scrolls V : Skyrim > my social life for the rest of 2011 and early 2012
This video (or some version of it) has been on the internet for a while now, I’ve watched it a couple times, but honestly HOW SEXY ARE THE MENUS? I’ve never seen an RPG with inventory, maps, skills and attribute menus quite like this.
@Eddie I totally agree with you, good (or in this particular case, excellent) games should always be played first, and lesser games go on your backlog.

Thank you, This was the first time I watch all Skyrim videos, I’ve seen the first one before, but nothing less, This was incredibly magical. I haven’t played Oblivion, for various reasons, but come 11.11.11 Skyrim will be a top priority, thanks to you PR man. I haven’t played a single adventure game on my PS3 that capture the essence of the term adventure. The closest thing that comes to mind is GuildWars on PC, which was an incredible adventure, but It is nothing compared to what I’ve just seen. I am excited for the Bathesda softworks team. They have something special with the Elder Scrolls series and they also publishing ID Software first person shooter RAGE, which also looks incredible. This indeed will be a year to remember.
