So, Sony has released the above trailer, called “Long Live Play,” that has several elements of several exclusive PS3 games, and nobody seems to know why. The only info we have is at the ending when it says “See More 10/5/11″.
Below are some of the things to look out for.
Chimera eyes at 0:18
twisted metal truck at 0:23
metal gear mk II at 0:27
weapons from resistance, ratchet and clank at 0:40
some bald guy(kratos?) at 0:51
Resistance Armor and weapons
Killzone Weapons
Ratchet’s wrench
otacon’s Metal Gear MK.II

Looks like it is done by the same guy who did the awesome ps4 trailer that was bogus. Pertains to nothing is my guess.

Caught a few of them-I didn’t see any Chimera eyes though.
My guess is that it’s for a PS exclusive event that Sony is holding or part of the vita marketing campaign. It was a pretty cool video though.

Although it was confirmed impossible, that would have been a great way to reveal it. Who knows, maybe they did figure it out.
I still think this may be something for Vita release date or an overhaul of PS home. I really do like the trailer a lot though.

This is a really cool video with a ton of stuff in it. I think there are a few things that could possible be apart of this.
1. PS Vita besides the hardcore game community noone knows there is a new Portable Playstation system coming out. All of those great games would be on the vita.
2. Could be the addition of a new franchise to join the ranks amongst games of this elk.
3. It could also be an ad for the new Playstation branded 3D TV which comes out a month later.
Either way I love the video and I love the build of hype.
