It seems like every PS3 exclusive will be doing this from now on… it’s good, but I’m simply not that interested in Betas much…

I’ve downloaded some, but I play it just for a couple hours, I have so many “unbugged” games I need to play, I’ll just wait for the retail version of the one’s I’m interested.

I am very excited about this. Some of our members had a chance to check Starhawk in E3 and I am getting positive feedback. Excluding the network outage, I think this is Sony’s year in terms of retail exclusives and downloadable content. Kudos to Sony!

Finally someone who speaks sense! I had this pre-ordered, but I cancelled because of so many other games that will give me a lot more content…

You can easily rent this and finish the game in a couple of days, like UC and UC2.

As much as I hate to admit it, I agree. There are just too many games at the moment. I will get it in a few months, but not immediately.

We are talking about one of the best selling franchise in PS3 history. I’ve already pre-ordered my copy and I am sure many consider this a day one buy. I don’t honestly see any other games that can compete with Uncharted in terms of sales or fans basis. Yes Skyrim will be out on 11.11 and yes I’ve already pre-ordered Skyrim, but I am not sure what you guys mean by “too many games at the moment”. Again, opinions might differentiate depending on personal tastes.

Very cool, but I still call BS on that Super Voucher from GOTY for Unc 3. A picture pack and dynamic theme? At least give me some Gold weapons :D

hah! they will save that for like a year later

@Cheeto: Don’t get me wrong, I love the Uncharted series-but I try to limit myself to game purchases that I can keep up with, and I get the rest down the line when I have more time (and they are cheaper). I go through phases of interests in particular genres, and right now I’m playing a few RPGs. With Dark Souls, Skyrim, and polishing off the New Vegas DLC (not to mention Deus Ex DLC and the free Portal DLC), I have too much to play justifying a day one release of Uncharted.

I WILL buy it-just not right away.

Just to add to Isli’s list, since we share very similar tastes: Dead Island, Batman Arkham City, Rage and Lord of the Rings: War in the North.

All these games (and the ones he mentioned) are possibly 30 – 50+ hours on one play through guaranteed, one thing Uncharted unfortunately can’t deliver. As much as I really like the game, I’ll wait for a price drop as well…

And what I mean by “I won’t have time to play because there are just too many games to be played” is: “I will be playing Dark Souls and Skyrim for a reaaaally long time and I don’t care about anything else” ;] seriously, those games will own me, it’s like unlimited fun!
