The Grand Theft Auto V Debut Trailer Is Here

Here’s our first look at Rockstar’s next installment to the Grand Theft Auto series.

GTAV will feature a new main character and will take us back to California. Sadly, no release date accompanied the trailer but from the footage shown Grand Theft Auto V is shaping up quite nicely.

Simply amazing, is that urge to want to play now.
It was what most wanted to see Los Santos, remodeled in the PS3.
Today I saw a rumor on a website GTA V will only be sold digitally, I hope so

I highly doubt such a thing will happen, for so many different reasons, but mostly marketing in terms of Xbox 20GB hard drive consoles and not having enough space …

    Looks good!
and I agree Cheeto… highly doubt it will be digital only..

No way this will be digital only, that’s a 0% chance.

Trailer is cool, but didn’t get me very excited. It looks great though.

I cant wait for GTA 5. The trailer didnt show a lot so i cant say that it was amazing but it was cool to see San Andreas in HD. I cant help but feel a little disappointed. Yes revisiting san andreas will be awsome i have no doubt about that but i was hoping for a brand new location. Something like Brazil or maybe even Tokyo. The graphics look good. Looks slightly better than GTA 4. Need to some gameplay, to get me excited about a game. Even if it is GTA.

@Royalty Some where in Japan would have been nice for a change. Then they could have cameos of the guys from Sega’s Yakuza.

I don’t they’d make it in Brazil, Max Payne 3 is here already so that would be too much. GTA Tokyo would be “GTA V: Tokyo Drift” hahaha

It would be cool if GTA went to another country, it would be cool if it went Tokyo, Japan. But if it was going to stay in the states, then it should have been Chicago or Boston. It would be a little more interesting. Not a totally sold on the voice actor, but I can’t judge anything till I play it. Oh and By the way GTA > Saint’s Row any day.

    @Cheeto

it would just be a rumor.
Remember that many games have only 7GB, and today most have PS3 HDD larger than 80GB.
Could be sold digitally only for the PS3 not XBOX 360.
I’m not even a little concerned about the XBOX 360, beyond what much of the world are the result of piracy games to the console from Microsoft.
Today even the sony europe sell several games in the PSN store, which are not sold in the United States, as FIFA 12, BF3, CARS, Lego Pirates of the Caribbean

the debut trailer looked great, but i’m not sure i’m interested in playing another ginormous sandbox game. It probably just me but I don’t think i’m hyped about a new one
