I suppose my issue with comparing the two is that I don’t view them as too similar. They don’t feel like they were meant to compete, despite how people have treated them.

They are both fun but it boils down to one thing in the end for me. BF3 has dedicated servers. The constant Host migration and disconnection and lag in MW3 destroy it for me all the way. I find BF3 fun for its slower paced gameplay and required skill. I find Mw3 fun for its brainless a.d.d. gameplay.

regardless as to whether or not there was a lot of bias when it comes to these games and these results, given that there were about 300,000 votes made, it’s still a decent sample (though spread across three categories), and the results are still surprising given the popularity of the Modern Warfare titles.

With that said, everyone has some sort of bias towards something.
