ugh.. Yeah... but NO. Day 1 patches are a sign of trouble. Bethesda gets away with murder. Just the same way you say "Oh you can't bug test EVERY possible scenario in open world games" yeah that's reasonable to a point but it's also reasonable to a point to expect the game to work. Bethesda games are infamously breaking. Not though some secret glitch that skipped a programmer's notice but basic gameplay. It's again not like multiplayer games which crash under the untested server stress these are single player games. Bethesda skates by on a aspirational reputation. They try hard so we just let them get away with it. IMO.. not ok.

my original 60GB PS3 died almost a year ago. I had it repaired in February, having my RSX reballed with higher quality solder (although gophermods also replaced the RSX just in case). Apparently, the solder used is industry standard lead-free solder, and it melts on the contacts on the RSX to the board either away from them or into neighboring contacts, which cause the RSX to fail (so technically, it's an overheating issue, where the solder itself overheats). Thus, I haven't lost anything and have had 0 problems since I got it back. You can check the service here:

http://www.gophermods.com/index.php?l=product_list&c=5

this is the particular service I got:

http://www.gophermods.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=425

turnaround is really fast, too. PS3 runs like new again

<p>this snoring sound… why didnt anyone bothered by it @.@</p>
</blockquote>

I heard it too XD...also the constant video game controller. Someone likes to game at the same time they podcast >_> not naming names. The snoring was probably his dog XD because it couldn't be his "roommate" because that'd mean HE was gaming! GUILTY
