lol i started calling metal gear rising, metal gear rising a long time ago thnk there was a discussion on it in one of the blog posts. this game tho i maybe fun, just doesnt look like it will grab me too much dont think metal gear should even be in the title.

It just seems so…typically Japanese…not Kojima at all…not Metal Gear at all.

This is exactly my feeling. It looks way too much like a flashy anime than a Metal Gear game. The fact that Raiden’s roots are from the Metal Gear universe should indicate that the game should feel like it is still in the Metal gear universe. This just looks completely unrelated. I think Kojima himself won’t be involved in this title’s production as one would like, and it seems to show.

Ah well, at least Metal Gear Solid 5 is in the works. And Kojima should have something to do with that.
