40% off everything at Blockbuster Canada

Sorry this story is a little late. I realize that this sale has been going on for more then 2 weeks but if you didn’t know… Blockbuster is closing all of its remaining 253 Canadian locations and they have decided to lower the price on all movies AND games by 40%. Yes that includes new games, so if you haven’t already gone, and you live in Canada, you should check out the selection of games they are offering and try to find a good deal. A friend of mine bought NHL 12 for $37 and I spotted Red Faction Armageddon for the same price.

We’re going to start a new weekly event that will award our visitors with ways of getting free points to put towards our giveaways! This week, we’re using that newfangled form thingamajig. Every once in a while, we here at PS3Blog.net like to try things differently. Back when LA Noire released, we did a double review between Baba0Booey and Jay. We’ve decided to come back to that formula, this time for a PSN game, From Dust. It is a unique puzzle game with strategy and God Game overtones.
With two different opinions on a game, we hope to offer more insight, as well as bringing you an entertaining read! If you are unsure as to whether this game is worth the asking price, you should find this beneficial! Enjoy.

Uncharted 3: AMC Theaters Promotion

Do you want to play Uncharted 3 a week ahead of the scheduled release date? Would you like a chance to see what Uncharted 3 looks like on the big screen in 3D? How about participating in an Uncharted 3 Multiplayer tournament?
Well, if you live in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington, New York City or Dallas … you are in luck!
Sony and AMC Theaters are running a promotion during (October 18, 19 and 20) in selected theaters at the cities we mentioned above. General admission will cost you $25, but if you go for the $60 Premium ticket, FedEx will ship you a copy of the game on October 25th!
