The Sony Tablet S was pretty good. That's probably the best Android device they've shipped, but still, it shipped three months after the Galaxy Tab 10.1 which has the exact same CPU/GPU/RAM and a slimmer form factor. And ~three months later, you can get the Transformer Prime which is running Tegra 3 and is probably the best Android tablet of today. Most of Sony's other devices were worse, and overall Sony has almost zero percent of the Android marketshare. You’re right. The Sony Tablet S was pretty good.
