You can't rate a game on SEN unless you buy it and thats cool. But if you buy the game on a physical disk, it still doesn't allow you to rate the game. I can see how it could be confusing but I didn't see it as a setback whatsoever. The OS is sleek, easy to use and quick to get where you are going. Near is actually pretty neat, twitter is one of the best mobile apps I've ever seen, the browser is meh. I'll tell you one game that shocked me....Hustle Kings. I got it for the PS3 so I get it free for the Vita. The game is so much more intuitive and user friendly with other input control options available. Its actually much easier to play and looks as good. The odd part is you seem to be able to get trophies on BOTH versions of the game.
