In total we had 196 entries in this giveaway, pretty impressive numbers. Thank you to all that entered, we had some great video entries too! I think the only other giveaway that got more entries was the PS Move giveaway. …
It sucks when you’re hungry. Sometimes you just want to bury your face into a burger, or tear into a taco. Out on the African savannah, a Hungry Giraffe feels your pain.
A 20 foot tall, 1200kg animal like the giraffe needs to chow down on tons of food each day, just to stay alive. But, oh no! All the tastiest leaves have been eaten, while up in the sky endless quantities of snacks, fruit and junk food hover just out of reach!
Hungry Giraffe features the world’s largest and hungriest even-toed ungulate. Through skillful steering of his neck, you can propel your half-starved giraffe on his twisty-turny upward journey, chomping on strawberries, fries, sandwiches and naughtier treats.
But beware! The skies are also strewn with hazards. Poison, Anvils and non-prescription Drugs also hover up there, ready to send unwary giraffes plummeting to earth.
Hungry Giraffe is by FAR the greatest giraffe-feeding game of all time! Dare you miss out?

People buy digital cameras in addition to the cell phone cameras they already have because the quality gap justifies a separate device. In the future, even if smartphones and tablets do eventually catch …
If you missed the premiere of this trailer with Sunday’s The Walking Dead episode, then you are missing out on a great series, and here it is for you. Even if you did catch it, this one has almost a …
After a long, long, loooooooooooooong wait, Retro City Rampage is almost here! The retro-style open world game (think GTA 1-2, but with lots of awesome pixels and chiptunes) is set for a May release for both the PS3 and the PS Vita.
One-Man-Army Brian Provinciano (Vblank Entertainment) has been working on Retro City Rampage for a while now, and he’s is very happy to report that a proper release for the game is only a couple of months (or so) away.
The Vita has several other great launch window games, but this is the one I am really dying to play. This is also the one launch window title based on a largely new game mechanic versus extending an established favorite. RC’s focus on asynchronous multiplayer, with target race lines integrated into every race sounds perfect. I hear a lot of predictable complaints about the lack of a traditional online real time race mode, but that is completely missing the point. Every other race game under the sun already has a traditional real time online racing mode. This game sounds like it is more suited to my play style.
While Motorstorm games are normally full priced $60 titles (and worth it), this game is a budget priced title AND you get both the PS3 and the Vita versions of the game for the same purchase. The PS3 version also has stereo 3D support and local multiplayer options. Nice!
With the release of the PS Vita set for February 22nd, more and more Vita games are starting to show up at retail (and on PSN) for all new buyers to get their game on.
While not as crazy packed as last week, we do have eight PS Vita releases as well as two PS3 retail releases and two “now on PSN” formerly retail-only games. Not only that, but we are also getting two minis releases with Hungry Giraffe (for which we’ll have a review soon!) and Touchdown Fever, as well as one PS2 Classics release thanks to Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers.
Overall, this is a good week for all PS fans and especially for PS Vita fans since we have to remember that all Vita games you buy directly at the PSN Store will give you access to a 10%+ discount!
Full list of games after the break.
A few days back some source posted a video of what appears to be Far Cry 3 next cinematic trailer. Ubisoft released the official trailer later that day with September 6th as the release date, check it out above.
