Two unconfirmed, supposedly, leaked images appeared late last night for Assassin’s Creed 3. The banner above was, according to toastervision.com, released early on gameinformer.com, and then quickly pulled. Their full screen grab can be seen here.
The image to the left was first released by kotaku.com, who said they received the photo from a best buy employee.
If legitimate, both images reveal what has long been rumored, that the new Assassin’s Creed game will take place during the American Revolution.
Most likely these are real, however we should know for sure soon, as the official Assassin’s Creed Facebook page posted this yesterday as well:
“A major announcement from Assassin’s Creed is only days away. Tune in to http://www.assassinscreed.com/ tomorrow for more details.”
So details should come at anytime now. We will keep you posted.

This actually made me excited about Assassins Creed again. I think this would be perfect for the series. The American Revolution has a rich story that would give tons of possibilities to the series.

This seems way out of left field here. I love the AC series, but idk if this was a good direction for it to go.

@premiersoupir Thats probably not Altair or Ezio, they said they were wrapping up the characters with revelations
