Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games, and Raven Software discuss the ALL-NEW Face Off gameplay style and Collection 2 DLC in this behind-the-scenes multiplayer video for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. This mode actually looks really cool, and I can’t wait to try it out.
As usual, no release date has been announced yet for PS3, as this will be a limited time Xbox exclusive.
Totally new to the franchise, FACE OFF distills all the fun and intensity of multiplayer into a new breed of 1 vs. 1 and 2 vs. 2 close combat. Featuring smaller, super-concentrated multiplayer maps specially designed for FACE OFF to encourage strategy, skill, and teamwork like never before.

haven’t done COD game for awhile, but this one looks like they’re actually doing something worthwhile.

a) I chuckled when he said COD has the greatest gaming community. I know it’s big but seriously? the best?
b) I don’t get it.. it’s the same game. They’ve just created 2v2 maps. That’s not a new mode it’s the same mode that just has different strategies b/c it’s so small. I mean congrats and all but a new mode is stuff like the wave based co-op games, a new mode is like The Conduit’s “hunt down the target” mode where you lose points for killing non-targets, a new mode would be HORSE using trick shots. When you’re doing the same thing in a tighter area I don’t think it’s fair to call it a “new mode”. it’s new.. and that’s cool.. but not mode.

sold mine. its so much better on pc its ot even funny. no auto aim or assist etc its so much more enjoyable
