It could become the next line in the Metal Gear saga, but not part of the Metal Gear Solid line. Now, the question is, Snake was in bad shape at the end of MGS4. Would he even be able to handle it in MGS5? I am thinking we're going to see another flashback title. Possibly the modern MGS take on the original Metal Gear titles? It would still be Solid Snake, just a much younger version. It could also be between MGS and MGS2, with Snake and Otacon in Philanthropy. I just don't see an honest sequel happening, though.
