Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut Free DLC Announced


BioWare have announced that the Mass Effect™ 3: Extended Cut, a piece of downloadable content available at no additional charge that expands upon the ending to the Mass Effect trilogy, is now available.

Featuring new cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes, the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut gives fans seeking further clarity into the final events of Mass Effect 3 deeper insights into how their personal journey concludes.

To experience the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut, fans will need to download the DLC and load their last autosave point in the game before the final mission on Earth. The Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut is available for download now on PlayStation® Network in North America.

On July 4, PlayStation®3 users in Europe will be able to experience the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut by downloading the DLC through the PlayStation® Network.

EA announced yesterday that EA SPORTS™ is offering an exclusive FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition to UK/European gamers, which will supply fans with 24 FIFA Ultimate Team gold packs to kick-start their season, and its most extensive global pre-order* incentive in the history of the FIFA franchise.

Fans who purchase the FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition will receive 24 FIFA Ultimate Team Gold Packs — one per week for 24 weeks with a total value of over £15 GBP — to help build an ultimate team of football superstars.

FIFA Ultimate Team brings the massive FIFA online community together with fans building, managing and competing with their ultimate football team from the world’s best players in FIFA 13. Each gold pack is a mix of 12 items, including players, contracts, stadiums, managers, staff, fitness, healing, balls, kits, and badges.

Gold Packs consist of players rated 75+ in-game, and include one rare item, such as enhanced player attributes, longer contracts, and the most coveted players.

The FIFA 13 Ultimate Edition is available only through pre-order or on September 28 (UK/EU regions).

[Giveaway] Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock

I reviewed Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock, a game that thanks to great graphics, great writing, and the current actors lending their voice to the game, makes for a nice package. Thanks to BBC Entertainment, we have 9 copies of Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock for you to win! The Walking Dead – Episode 2 to release on PSN this Friday!

With the Playstation Store Update already available, we were left to wonder what had happened to Episode 2 of Telltale’s The Walking Dead. Well, it turns out you’ll be able to download the game this Friday! If you haven’t bough the season pass, be sure to check my review of Episode 1 so you can see why Telltale’s The Walking Dead is a game everyone should own!

PlayStation All-Stars Commercial Shoot Reveals New Character [Update]

Nathan Drake and Big Daddy were recently added to the growing roster of Sony’s upcoming (takes a deep breath) PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. A TV commercial is being filmed in Los Angeles at the moment and my source on set is feeding me really good info via text. From what she has gathered. Teams are being partnered up with Kratos, Sweet Tooth, Big Daddy, and a “blonde haired guy with goggles”.
More pictures and information will be updated as it is available. I am trying to get her to take a picture of “the blonde hair with goggles” guy and she said she will as soon as she can. “Right now the character playing Kratos is in make up getting air brushed painted and the production crew is still splitting the teams.” She writes.
