For instance have you considered pre-paid credit cards. You buy a $100 Pre-paid visa card and you just use that for a few months snacking up all the awesome game deals. I don't have a CC either (not by choice but by circumstance) and if it weren't for the interest rates. I might consider it myself.. still am actually. if I could find a paypal gift card (like Pre-paid PSN/Steam cards) somewhere I'll be on top of the world but I'm not sure it exists. @tedrabear there are ways around credit card fears.
