PSN did something completely unexpected when they made episodes 1 and 2 Free for PSN+. They've given absolutely no indication that the entire season would be made available free. There are few common thoughts on what's going on here - It takes a long time for episodes to release. Perhaps they saw how popular it was doing but couldn't wait for the full season to release so they just gun jumped after 2. - Given the popularity of Walking Dead it's entirely possible they won't make the rest free. After all it doesn't need the boost. - Based on how the game works episode 1 is the application and 2-5 are all DLC. They may do as they've done with Sam and Max before it and just make the first episode free. Perhaps that was the plan all along. Thus to give PSN+ users a value they give you TWO episodes. My personal prediction was that IF it goes free. It won't happen until Christmas time which does match up with the now announced disc version. By that time all five episodes will be out. Either they go free for all five or they don't go free anymore. It just doesn't make much sense to keep making one episode at a time free. Again my personal prediction was an IF.
