When they started showing Driveclub at the PS4 unveiling, I was sure it was Gran Turismo 6, but it wasn’t. Driveclub, from Evolution Studios, looks really, really good. Check out the reveal trailer here!
“Driveclub is a next generation, socially connected racing game that captures the heart and soul of car culture and the passion it creates. Driveclub is a game to play in real clubs. It’s about friendships and rivalries and team-based racing, together in the world’s best supercars on the world’s most breath-taking roads – all rendered in cutting edge next generation graphics.”

It reminded me of the old gameplay of ” Test Drive ” of the 90s
The team Motorstorm always creates something visually spectacular.
I hope it can already be for sale at the launch of PS4

Damn, those cars look lustrous. And the reflections on the paint — amazing. Racing isn’t my genre, but I’m happy to see the tech.

Guess who is interested in this one?
Also, I am really hoping the GT series evolves. I’d absolutely love a vinyl system on there that allows you to dynamically place designs anywhere on the car. Forza’s is still the best, but it is still restricted to placement on a specific side/panel, so you still have to go to the next panel and match up the scale and angle of the previous panel. That, and more body modification options and a more realistic, physics-based damage simulation. We’ll see, though.
