Welcome back to another week in slow video game news. We try to scrounge up enough articles to keep things interesting. The three of us are still waiting for Final Fantasy XIV to be released so we have something new to play, seeing as everyone is coming out in Q4 of this year.
Tune in to catch Isli, MissXya, and myself discuss what we’re playing as well as the news. We also do the drawing for this months $20 PSN gift card giveaway. I’m considering doing something a little different down the line instead of the gift cards, but I’ll make a proper announcement when I work everything out.
Deadpool on PS3 is a game that does a damn fine job at breaking the 4th wall. Heck, by the time you’ve reached the 2nd level the wall will be nothing more than a pile of rubble. Case in point… here is what Deadpool has to say about his very own game:
There are a few important things I need to say before you crack into my insanely sweet game. (Oof. Here we go again.) I’m a mercenary with an accelerated healing factor. I’ve been described as unstable, which is just plain coo-coo. (Wait, do sane people say coo-coo?) I’m gonna battle for the safety of humans and mutants. (And even mumans.) Be prepared for just about anything. (Holla!)
Welcome back to another week with the podcast. PAX Australia and Comic-con finished up a few days ago, although there wasn’t a ton of video game news out of either show. We did manage to get a few articles to talk about this week.
Tune in to listen to Isli, MissXya, and myself talk about recent gaming news as well as what we’ve been playing. Tell us below if there was anything out of either convention that you found personally interesting. It could be gaming or movie related.
It’s been long suspected however now it is confirmed. There will be no plans for any future DLC for PlayStation All Star Battle Royale. “Just–Tank” a community strategist for Santa Monica Studio’s confirmed in a message board post today.
