Indie developer Spiky Fish Games is putting the final touches on Sketchross, their new puzzle game that will be releasing on PlayStation Vita on April 28!
Sketchcross, if you’re not familiar, is a “Nonogram” logic picture puzzle game. In Sketchcross, the puzzles form a picture which can aid you in the quest to solve the puzzle. The numbers on the rows/columns are groups. The value of those numbers represents the connecting blocks of the group. Each group must be separated by at least one blank space. When you correctly solve the puzzle, you are rewarded with the reveal of your picture.
The game will release with 50 puzzles that will range from small 5 by 5 puzzles to large 30 by 30 puzzles. It will also include three difficulty settings so that everyone can get a chance to enjoy the game. As someone who loves the Picross releases on the Nintendo 3DS, I’m definitely looking forward to playing Sketchcross soon! I’m definitely up for doing a review for the game, so hopefully that happens soon…
