PS Plus Update for July

July is going to be a great month with some big debuts on the PSN, as well as with games that definitely make you think of art over games. And once again, July comes through with some awesome PS+ games for subscribers to enjoy!

PlayStation Plus Free Games Lineup July 2015

As you can see, they are:

Rocket League (PS4)

Driving stunt cars + soccer! Tell me where I can sign up. I loved the Beta and can’t wait to dive into this awesome multiplayer world.

Styx: Master of Shadows (PS4)

A new stealth based game with some RPG elements, along the same lines as the game Thief. Overall, it looks great and I’ll definitely be playing it this month.

MouseCraft (PS Vita | PS3 | PS4)

A new puzzle game where you play as a mouse escaping a evil scientist cat? Call me intrigued. Tracey loved it on PS3.

Entwined (PS Vita | PS3 | PS4)

This unique twin-stick game debuted last year at E3 and was available right away. It did have mixed reviews, but the common thread was that the game was trying to do something different with a beautiful art style.

Rain (PS3)

Rain is a beautiful platformer set in a beautiful world, where you need to chase a mysterious girl through each intricate level. Did I mention you are a ghost and that rain helps you see things? So cool. Don’t pass this one up!

Geometry Wars 3 (PS Vita)

Wow! If you are a fan of Super Stardust or any of the twin stick shooters that Housemarque has made, then this game should be right up your alley. It’s visually awesome and presents an excellent challenge that will keep your fingers sore for a while.

It’s a good month overall with some special titles hitting the store. I am glad to see Rocket League getting the spotlight here since I think it’s a very special game, and with it being free it will be able to build up a strong multiplayer community very soon.

What are you guys looking forward to this month?
