Square-Enix Remastering Final Fantasy X / X-2 and Kingdom Hearts 1.5 in HD: What we know so far
Posted by Ceidz in Editorial, Final Fantasy X/X2 HD Remake, Media, PLAYSTATION Store, PlayStation Vita, PS3 software on April 25th, 2013

Square-Enix recently announced that a few of their PS2 masterpieces would get HD Remasters for both the PS3 and PS Vita. Each remastered game (Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts: Chains of Memories) will feature upgraded visuals, a few new features and bosses, and their own trophy list!
I searched the web to sum up what is known about those titles and compiled the data in this post, which is meant to be an extension of what Eddie wrote a few weeks ago.
[Vita Review] Persona 4: Golden
Posted by Ceidz in Featured, Media, Person 4: Golden, PlayStation Vita Software, PS3 Reviews / Vita Reviews, PSN on April 4th, 2013

Inaba—a quiet town in rural Japan. A normal teenager arrives at the station to begin his year-long stay in the countryside, only to be welcomed by the news of a dead TV announcer. Shortly after, another body appears, mysteriously hung from the top of a telephone pole. The cause of death is unknown, with no leads on the suspect… As the peaceful community is thrown into turmoil, the urban youth and his classmates wander into a strange, surreal place covered by a thick fog…
Persona 4: Golden is a Japanese-RPG for the Playstation Vita developed by Atlus. This game is an enhanced port of “Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4″, a Playstation 2 game that was released in 2008.
This is the first game in the “Persona” series I ever played, and I’m very impressed by its huge scale -the story runs for almost a full year- and its very solid RPG mechanics. I’m around 50 hours in the game, haven’t finished my first playthrough yet, and I’m still amazed by how fun each moment spent in this game is!

Final Fantasy X and X-2 Remasters Announced for PS3 and Vita
Posted by Eddie in Final Fantasy X/X2 HD Remake, PlayStation Vita, PS3 on March 27th, 2013
The long awaited HD remake is just around the corner. Final Fantasy X and X-2 will be coming out for the PS3 and Vita this year. Square Enix has confirmed that the PS3 version will include both games and will cost $40. The PS Vita versions will be sold individually however prices have not been suggested as of yet.
The best part is that the versions released will be the International versions which were not released in North America. This will add story, sphere grids and super hard bosses known as Dark Aeons to FFX.
SE has stated that they are 70% complete on this project and that they are unsure if the special end mission that was released for FFX-2 will be included as that was a separate project in Japan. Either way, I can see hundreds of hours being put into these games for myself.
