LittleBigPlanet 2 Price Drop; Move Support Enabled!

I am a LittleBitLate with this news, but LittleBigPlanet 2 is now $39.99 “at participating retailers”, so if you haven’t picked it up because of the price, now might be a good time to do so. Also, earlier in the week, there was a new update available for LBP2. One that allows you to play the game using the Move controller.
To go along with that, Media Molecule will also have the Move Pack DLC available next week, a video showcasing that can be viewed up top. From the looks of things, it adds quite a bit more to the already great gameplay the game provides! Here’s some information about the Move Pack (from littlebigplanet.com):
Featuring a brand new story mode; Rise of the Cakeling, a new power-up for Sackboy called the Brain Crane, and a suite of creative tools to help you build your own Move games, paint your own stickers and record movements, the Move Pack is our biggest DLC add-on pack to date!
No pricing details available just yet, though.

If you head over to this Royal Purple promotional site, you can get a free voucher code for the Royal Purple 1959 Cadillac El Dorado pictured above. Personally, I think it’s a sweet color.
You must either sign in or register for an Ubisoft account. Not sure if this is open internationally, but the code I got worked for a US account. NA/US owners can quickly redeem their codes at Qriocity.

MK9 Rain Gameplay with a Peek at his X-Ray
Posted by Baba0Booey in DLC, Mortal Kombat, QuickNews on July 11th, 2011
Cruising the interwebs, I came across the gameplay trailer for Rain, Mortal Kombat’s upcoming DLC fighter. Rain is a fighter from Mortal Kombat 3, and is being brought into the new age of fighting. Like his name would suggest, his attacks are water based; he also has a few attacks somewhat based on Noob Saibot. For the most part, his style is pretty fresh. He’s got some pretty unique attacks; what I gathered from the gameplay video hes heavy on lift attacks and control from there.
Well I don’t want to completely ruin it, so here’s the vid, enjoy!
