Playstation Move Heading to Lord of the Rings: Aragorn’s Quest

When Sony first announced the Playstation Arc there were a lot of mixed feelings of how well it would be accepted. It seems like so far they have received good feedback. Just hours after the announcement of SONY’s Playstation Move, Warner Brothers: Interactive Entertainment stated that Aragorn’s Quest which was only going to be on the Wii, PlayStation 2, PSP, and DS is now coming to the PS3. Even though this game is going to be more kid and family oriented it’s still great news for SONY, as this will allow SONY to reach a brand new market.
Players will control Aragorn on his journeys to protect the Hobbit ringbearers as they embark on their quest to destroy the One Ring that started it all which will release this Fall.
I doubt I will get a chance to try this game out but it will be pretty cool to see how they incorporate the sword fighting, lancing and archery into the game.
PlayStation Move Hands On

First video shows somebody using the PlayStation Move with Socom 4. Looks like it’s pretty easy to jump into and controls well. I would love to try this out for myself.
The second video shows a little more Socom 4. After that it shows how to calibrate the PlayStation Move. Then a little Sports Champions action.

Here’s the B-roll that was mentioned in one of my other posts. To save time and space, I am combining images and whatnot from games listed in the b-roll as well. Some of these games look rather cool actually (The Shoot looks extremely fun!). Since we already know a bit about EyePet, I excluded new images for that, since there really isn’t anything new from those anyway. Enjoy!
