Michael Rooker has long been rumored to be lending his talents in Activisions upcoming shooter, Call of Duty Black Ops II. As far as a solid confirmation, nothing has been announced, but this recent tweet by yours truly may have confirmed something? Here I am reading my twitter feed and I noticed someone wrote:
Just when the industry thought they figured out the Call of Duty formula, Treyarch switches it up and gives us a futuristic look at what the world may become. With that the world premiere trailer is downright straightforward and it looks like we wont be stuck in the jungles of Vietnam in the next installment. Enough talk, just watch.

This image has been circulating and looks like it will be the reveal of COD: Black Ops 2. Check back May 1st, and we’ll let you know!
A Double XP weekend kicks off for both Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops at 10am PST on Friday, October 28 and will run until Tuesday November 1st at 10am PST!
You’ll also unlock a Prestige Token in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for every Call of Duty you’ve prestiged in since Modern Warfare. This includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, World at War, Modern Warfare 2, and Black Ops. No word if it’s per prestige, or just one per game, however the latter is what it sounds like.
Activision and Treyarch launch the next “Undead Onslaught”, with the all-new “Moon” level, four remastered classic zombies levels, enhanced soundtrack, and a Moon theme.
“Moon, the first Call of Duty level to catapult players into orbit, delivers outrageous new weapons, high-tech gear and unstoppable hordes of low gravity zombie beasts, delivering the most epic, challenging and otherworldly Zombies experience yet. Rezurrection also brings back four of the original maps that spawned the Zombies phenomenon. Amplified by the firepower and visual fidelity of Black Ops, players can relive the nightmare of “Nacht der Üntoten,” escape the Zombie madness in the asylum of “Verrückt,” battle back the undead Imperial Army of “Shi No Numa,” and pull the plug on “Der Riese,” the zombie factory that started it all.
To toast the release of Rezurrection, Treyarch will host Double XP from September 23-25.”
